Payment Terms of Agreement


Fees, Payment, and Terms
Optimalhealthtoday.com requires one-half of the total fee to begin work. The remaining half is due upon completion of the last session (and before follow-up). In some cases, we may charge on an hourly basis if this is agreed upon at initial consultation. Hours include preparation, meeting time, and follow-up The terms of the agreement will be sent to you by email or fax for your verification. You should confirm the agreement’s accuracy and return to Optimalhealthtoday.com prior to your first paid session.. You may pay by check or credit card. All invoices are due within thirty days. Please make out all checks to Optimalhealthtoday.com. In the event that invoices are not paid on time, the unpaid balance will accrue interest at the rate of eighteen percent per annum. If a credit card is declined, or a check returned, there is a $50 handling fee.


Scheduled appointments must be cancelled at least forty-eight hours in advance or the client will be charged in full. Monday appointments must be cancelled no later than 9 AM on the Friday prior to the scheduled session.

Training Services
At Optimalhealthtoday.com, our training services are customized to the clients' needs; consequently fees vary. A fee structure is agreed upon prior to initiation of training/consultation. Please contact your Optimalhealthtoday.com associate for an estimate. We are able to hold dates once we receive a deposit covering fifty percent of fees and the full airfare in the case of a traveling destination. This deposit is nonrefundable but can be applied to sessions conducted within three months. Rescheduling requests made less than ten working days before the program date when traveling is required may result in additional expense.

Invoices are e-mailed at the completion of the program. All invoices are due within thirty days. In the event that invoices are not paid on time, the unpaid balance will accrue interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum.

Please call me to discuss your specific goals and my fees. I require one-half of the total fee to begin work. The remaining half is due upon completion of the last session (and before follow-up). In rare cases, I may charge on an hourly basis. Hourly charges will include preparation, meeting time, and follow-up.

I highly recommend that you research your company's professional development policy. Many companies pay for coaching for their employees. With advance approval, I will bill your company directly. Please remember that you, the client, is held responsible for all payments, regardless if corporate billing is established.

We use the secure payment processing services of ProfessionalCharges.com to handle our online debit and credit card payments. All credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement as Professional Services by ProfessionalCharges.com.
